These terms apply to quotation requests and transport bookings made through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Quotations

Prices are not published on the website. Each quotation is prepared for the route, date, time, group size and requirements you provide, and is valid for the period stated in it.

Availability and vehicles

Vehicle type, model, capacity and availability depend on the requested date and trip requirements and are confirmed in your quotation. Vehicle categories shown on the website are examples of the sizes we can arrange.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you accept the quotation and we confirm the arrangements in writing, including by WhatsApp or email.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Any change or cancellation terms, and any charges, are stated in your quotation or confirmation.

Passenger responsibilities

• Give accurate passenger numbers, luggage details and pickup information.
• Be ready at the agreed time and place.
• Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle.

Access and restricted locations

Some sites, such as industrial areas, need access permission. We confirm what is possible before booking, and we cannot promise access that the site owner does not allow.

Liability

We take reasonable care in arranging your transport. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or flight changes.
